Information you share

When you contact Harrysuni Tours, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, travel preferences and message. Please avoid sending passport details, payment card information or unnecessary sensitive information through these forms.

How enquiries are used

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your proposed journey and prepare tour arrangements. Details needed to arrange a service may be shared with the relevant service provider as discussed with you.

Website operation

This website uses an essential session cookie for form security, validation messages and temporary form values. The supplied website contains no advertising or analytics scripts. Your hosting provider may keep standard technical access logs.

Messages and third-party links

Enquiry messages are sent to our business email. Access is limited to people handling your enquiry and arrangements. External services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Tripadvisor and Google Maps have their own privacy practices when you choose to use them. The interactive Google map loads only when you select “Show Google Map”; loading it connects your browser to Google.
